By registering for a course through this CE portal, you agree to the following terms.

Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed upon full payment
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• The individual placing the order is responsible for the accuracy of all participant information

Discounts & Pricing

• Discounts are applied automatically when eligibility requirements are met
• Only one discount may be applied per order
• Discounts cannot be combined
• Certain courses may be excluded from discount
• Discount eligibility may require verification
• Failure to complete verification may result in pricing adjustment to standard rates

Transfers, Cancellations & Fees

• Registrations are transferable but non-refundable
• No-shows forfeit registration and are not eligible for transfer or credit
• Transfer requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the course start date
• A $150 administrative fee applies per course, per person for all transfers

Course Changes

• Course schedules, formats, instructors, or content may change without notice
• The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course
• In the event of cancellation by the provider, registrants will be offered a transfer or refund

Certificates & CE Credit

• CE credit is awarded only to registered and assigned participants
• Attendance and completion requirements must be met
• It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm CE acceptance with licensing boards
