Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all continuing education courses and programs offered through this CE portal.
Refund Policy
- All registrations are non-refundable
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations, withdrawals, or no-shows
Transfer Policy
- Registrations are transferable to another participant, or a future course offering
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the course start date
- A $150 administrative fee applies per course, per person for all transfers
- Transfer requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted
Store Credit
- If a transfer results in a remaining balance, the balance may be issued as store credit
- Store credit may be applied toward: future CE courses, or eligible products
- Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable
No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a course without prior notice is considered a no-show
- No-shows forfeit registration and are not eligible for refund, transfer, or credit
Course Cancellations by Provider
- Course schedules, formats, instructors, or content may change
- If a course is canceled by the provider, registrants will be notified
- In the event of provider cancellation, registrants will be offered a transfer or refund, at the provider’s discretion
Discount Adjustments
- If a discounted registration is found to be ineligible due to incomplete or failed verification, pricing may be adjusted to the standard rate
- Adjustments may occur before or after the course start date
